  • When can I move into my storage unit?

    If there is a storage space available at Xpress Self Storage that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts at Xpress Self Storage are month-to-month. However, we do require 7 days notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly. Kiosk available for payments 24 hours/day.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and cash.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    No.

  • Do you sell or supply locks?

    We do not sell locks, however there is a lock inside your room that you can keep and use to secure your storage. You are free to use your own lock, and if you need to purchase one Tractor Supply Company and Festival Foods – True Value both located nearby have locks suitable for your needs.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you secure access your unit 24/7 at your convenience.

  • Do you offer insurance?

    No. Xpress Self Storage recommends that you do insure your personal property through your homeowners, renters, or business insurance. This is the most cost effective in most cases and is already part of your coverage if you notify your insurance company and the property is already listed on your policy. If you have no existing insurance we recommend you contact an insurance provider for coverage.

  • Where should I park to unload?

    That depends. Would you like to unload inside because of harsh weather conditions, or would you just like to unload/load through a door closest to your storage room? We have large garage doors on each side of our building that make accessing your unit easy. Please look at the site map and unload wherever is most convenient for you!
